There are vast lands to visit, enjoy and explore

Yet something is unique about Motherland at the core

Sometimes we have to go far to fetch our bread and respect

But there is always something amiss once we dissect

What is life without the loved ones if you have all that you desire

It consumes everything, such is the race, such is the fire

For those of you who have sufficient at their home I suggest

Avoid staying in foreign lands, even though I do not detest

It is good to go in search for better opportunities and growth

Yet back home if you try hard, you can achieve these both

Sometimes it is just the stars which make us move the lands

Such are the rays from planets, such are their hypnotic bands

Just wherever you go remember the Motherland where you were born

Make sure you always respect it, never indulge is its insult or scorn

Our Land is where the greatest knowledge was imparted beyond ages

It is one of the few places which has given rise to Rishees and Sages

Here Spirituality was a science, before science was even heard

Here God was the only One, never any second or third

Here the holy waters have nurtured mankind for centuries beyond time

Here the Sacred Texts were written which had meanings so deep and sublime
