What great sacrifices the Lord Jesus did, what all He went through

Today as we enjoy the feast on this Holy day, let us not forget at all

If He had not allowed to crucify Himself, we would not stand tall

He showed us the way, how we should carry our own cross on our head

All the fears should vanish, all doubts and vagueness we should just shed

In the belief that the Lord Almighty our Father will do always what is good

If you have strong faith, you will see how in your tests by your side he stood

One of the greatest lessons that you can learn from Christ is that of love

Despite being surrounded by evil hounds and vultures, he was just a dove

Just retain your sincerely, piousness and purity despite all odds

Then you will rise about the normal human range, be counted in Gods

Yet the most important quality is to have compassion for those who have less

Give as much as you can on this day, just see how they will be overjoyed and will bless
