The 12 astrological symbols are common between Indian and Western astrology and correspond with the 12 constellations. These constellations form a circle that represents the path of the sun along the elliptical.

  1. Starting with the very first astrological sign of Aries that is represented using a symbol that resembles the horns of a ram. It can also be considered to be plant as it emerges from the ground.   The Arian born are considered to have certain characteristics of the ram. Focused, they walk towards success in a steady manner.  They are known to stand up for the people who matter to them.  The Aries may seem very calm and docile from the surface. However, from within they are typical fire signs. They are passionate and very ambitious this is another reason why they are depicted by the ram.
